download problems

I usually get on pwi at my college and have to download the game when i get in in the morning so i can play it in the after noon but after the new updates it runs through the boost and where i wish to place the game. it seems like it continues its loading process and counts down till when it is done. but instead of giving me the usually *start button page* it pops up as an :autorun: in a sort of word document. at first i thought it was something to do with the college computers and luckely i have a backup computer that its downloaded at the college on but just recently i tried downloading it on my sisters laptop to play on my vacation for spring break and it gave me the same results making me wonder if there is a sort of downloading problem. please help, thank you Lukena Norn

    I found what was wrong. I needed to go to the path where i downloaded the game to and manually run the installer.exe file. i personally downloaded it to my (all programs*84) folder, in C:

    I'm having this problem too.... but Ive tried everything... like reinstalling and going directly to the installer and clicking on it.... But it still pops up in a word document..... help please ... :/
