Server list

XSeekSleepy - Archosaur

Hi all, my friend has a problem getting on PWI. He downloaded the game however when he pressed start and wanted to choose server, all the servers had --- by them as if they were down. Is he missing something? He tried verifying files and reinstalling it but that didn't help. His computer meets all the requirements in order to play.
