does ranking update for you?

Ive killed plenty of ppl and the rankings seems to be stuck for the last week and a half, with no new kills being added to my total kill count. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could it be lagged with all the smaller faction ppl getting kills added from the previous weeks of tw?
