Weird Chinese Error ?

Hi folks just wondering if anyone else if getting a weird chinese looking error and game just crashes when they try to log in. Game was working fine when I went to bed just tried to log in and I get some error that looks like chinese writing which obviously I have no idea what it says as I can only read English b:chuckle

    Edit: Update. There is no packet loss and kitty tried logging his older toon on DW from stone age, it worked. So the problem is on archo server or more like on west servers, made toon on lost and tried to log it on, which failed.

    Havent gotten your errorr yet though. There is something broken on log in for west servers as if issue was on my end I couldnt log any server. It`s actually funny - I can ping timeout my sin log in as I can get to character select and try log my sin. But when I try to log my barb(different account) I only get screen where there is no toons to pick - I cant even make new one =(. I prolly should just send ticket instead of expecting PWI to fix matters due post on technical support section.

    your problem is because u have set another server...ur id works on all server but on them u have no characters....b:laugh
