Launcher is broken?

I downloaded the game, and all the patches; I finally get to start the game on the launcher and it will freeze for a moment and then give me the option to hit start again, but it will never get beyond the launcher.

Anyone else have this problem and possibly know how to fix it?

    My problem is, as the patcher seems to patch (Because I have to reinstall the launcher every 7-9 days) and then freeze after a little while. I have to x out of it, and bring it back up. I make progress, but it'll take a COON'S age to install it all...last time I had a problem like this, it was an issue with the update server
