Can this build do full pulls at 80+?

PreySeeker - Raging Tide

I am currently working on getting this seeker to lvl 80.
And I was wondering if i would be able to full pulls with this gear setup.
and if not at 87 with slightly more hp with this setup.

If the answer is yes what kind of apoth and what skills on my genie would I need?

Note: I read Sympathi's guide on how to solo pull but in his guide full pull's aren't completely explained.
and I want to do this in squads, not solo.
However it does give me some general idea how to pull and what I need.
So all I would like are some specifics if its possible to pull with this setup
I also have access to barb hp buff's if that is necessary

I am also asking this because if this isn't enough to pull.
I will not invest this much money in my armor since there would be no point to do so.

basically,
if you cant hold the vortex, charm it.
if your pure str. your damage will be amplified, making bp heal better.

if your vit.
pray you have alot of hp because bp wont be as effective.

GallaxXIII triple sparks his pulls and no longer vortexes in fcc.

Not only does triple spark simply not work and is a waste of time and chi (3rd spark needed; need to fully chi between pulls, wastes activations and time) but unless you **** you cant 3 spark and hes clearly asking for a 80+ guide.

Also not on forums much lol.. your like the biggest troll ever on all boards.

Most of my stats at 80 were almost same, with same HP & attack, a little less pdef and little more mdef. I never faced any problem in solo pulls with bp in FC. So you should be good.

a troll is a jelly d bag who tries to bring everyone else down because they lack their own self esteem. much like you try to do to me because im a good seeker. some people just cant wrap around that fact....

Pure STR build have an advantage of a 634.5 base physical attack average damage (without spark)
Where pure VIT have a 1260 HP advantage

And triple spark below LVL89? You **** the game or are you blindly lazy enough to even read the title? Sure you get triple spark at 8x as 89... The majority of 8x? There's no such thing as triple spark. You sure know what are are talking about... Right... You fail at trolling, try again.
