Gold disappeared

I had about 70 gold in my player account and suddenly it simply vanished on March 1. I went to buy something and I had a zero balance. No one knew my password so it was either a PWI glitch or someone **** their network and took it. I contacted customer support but of course, they have not responded.
To make matters worse, I changed my password when the gold disappeared and now I can't even get into my game. I can get on the web site, but not the game. I see in another thread that several other people are having the same problem right now. I have sent in multiple support request tickets . . again with no reply. No one else is getting any replies either.
Moral of story . . PWI has terrible customer service and they never answer their customers. Plus . . . they don't seem to care if you spend money and get nothing in return. I've played for over 2 years and spent lots of money on the game.b:angry

GM's don't work weekends. Typical response time to a submitted ticket is 3-7 business days.

Thanks. I find that both reassuring and aggravating at the same time, if you know what I mean.
You'd think that since weekends are the biggest time when people can play they'd have some support working then. It's just good business. Along with that, I sent the first support request in on Thursday.0 -

Which means the earliest you can expect a response is Monday or Tuesday. Stupid I know. They should have support staff on-hand 24-7 for an "International" game, and I have mentioned this to them several times. They just choose to continue working bankers hours.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
