    if you change password atm your new password will let you on to forums but not the game i know 3 people with same problems so some one PLEASE tell the GMsb:surrenderb:surrender.

    yes tickets have been put in

      even worse - who the **** is "achmed" and why the hell does my mother's password change request go to his email?

      keep hearing about ppl getting shafted, lots of security issues etc despite reasonable measures taken...

      how many times do we have to say it? FIX YOUR **** PW.

      I had this problem with one of my accounts, I simply kept changing the password until it worked. Normally within 1 or 2 tries it's fine.

      well i give up. i have tried countless times and still cant log on . THIS IS GRRRRRRRR! wont say wat truly on my mind except if i ever catch tht ****, will teach him the meaning of pain.

      THIS IS THE MOST STUPID PROBLEM EVER.....
      i changed my password earlier because i notice something off with one of my accounts and this would explain why i keep gettign the incorrect password error on the game cleint...... if PWE lets something like this happen god only know what else could go wrong....

      and the best thing is this wont be fixed till tuesday at the latest -claps- bravo....

      an update would be nice you know somthing like ok we can see there a problem and we have passed it on.
      OOOOOHHHH wait that would look like customer service and we carnt have that and while waiting 2 faction members have downloaded another game.

      why the hell did half of your faction change their password all at the same time.... and they have never had GMs handle tickets or game issues during the weekend unless it was a major server problem....

      Why would half a faction change passwords? Cause one got **** badly, that's why. I wasn't affected but as a PRECAUTION, half the faction changed their passwords and VIOLA, half are now down.

      4-5 people in faction who got messages from **** person as a precaution changed there passwords.

      now we can all login to forum but not game.

      *blinks* wow, but with less hostilities. In all fairness, I don't blame anyone for someone changing their passwords as a precaution. SHOULD be able to do this without getting locked out of the game. I've done it before with no problems, just can't seem to figure why this is happening and they honestly should fix it.

      hmm, common sense says that if you know someone that got ****, then it MAY be a good time to change your password to prevent similar fate? Besides, it's RECOMMENDED by the game creators that you should change your password periodically, so it shouldn't matter when or why your changing passwords. Can we dispense with the flamewars that always seem to happen on threads please?

      I am yet another victim of the password change fail. Didn't think i would have to check forums before i did something as simple as changing a password. Isn't there even a message that pops up on the log in screens telling you to change your password often? How often shall i change it PWI? im going for attempt 3 atm. If you would like me to change it, make it work. GRR!!!

      i change my password last night maybe 24hrs ago funny how things always happen during the weekends...

      FW server hackings happened on the weekend and not even that was enough to get them to come back earlier

      Last time I had issues with a new password I read about creating a password with less than 10 characters. This workt out for me that time, maybe it helps some of you too.
