    Love: Up and Down tome is level 1

    I've seen level 34 wristguards with interval on them but those are rare. First mold wristguards with -int are Bracers of Bloodmoon for level 60. There is also the wraithgate trophy cape with -int wearable at level 60.

    Theoretically, claws/fists can have -int on them starting at level 20.
    Seven 100+ characters leveled the hard way. Free to play. Mystic, Psychic, and Wizard left to level. b:victory
