Lag issues in Sanctuary Server

There's some serious lag in the server. It's causing some major problems and because of it, it's not letting me log into the server or connect to it. Can something be done about this? Cause I was in the middle of a quest when this started happening. Thanks.

    ive got a lot of lag lately. it just happens sometimes; my ping goes up by 19000 und freezes there for a few sec. than it works fine. not always but sometimes.

    Mines been doing it all day and now it's gotten worse. I've never seen so many people on Sanctuary. Everyone's coming on there instead of going to a different server and it's causing really serious lag issues. The more people, the more lag we're going to have. I'm even having problems logging in because of how bad it is.
