i think i tried to leave get answers on the wrong place

the thing is...

but what about me....

i have 774 prestige and now this don't increase

i have 774 and i do every day the frozen quests

but nothing change my prestige...

and i get contribuation points normaly so

just prestige points are frozen

how can i unlock the new things if its frozen

i made a ticket to get suport but i got this answer

For this situation, please make sure that the character meets all of the necessary requirements in order to continue on with the points. If anything is missing or had been skipped in a prior step, it would currently not be available to be obtained. Unfortunately, we do not have detailed information for these types of in-game content. You'll need to refer to other website guides or experienced players for further assistance.

now i will leave the order and try to join again... but im thinking about one thing

what about the points i dont got because of this bug??
no1 will give me this back right?

i want to ask what u guys think....

    The 774 in your screenshot is not your Prestige. To view your actual Prestige, Press "C" tp bring up your character info and towards the top to the right there should be a button that says "Order". That's where all the info for the amount of Prestige and Influence you have is located. b:pleased

    so... what is that contribuation points?
    if its that what is frozen or what im doing wrong?

    I'm thinking it has something to do with Faction Base contribution. I could be wrong though.

    Ctrb. is your Faction Base contribution. The order stats are Prestige and Influence and the last one is shown in your screenshots as well. Note it changed from 295 to 305.

    To view your order stats click 'C' to open the character window and then click the Order buttom.

    Each order has it's own Prestige and Influence stats, so look at the proper column.

    i just want the moray items so...
