Need advice for soloing GBA

Ok so I've been trying to solo TT 3-1 GBA boss and have been getting repeatedly obliterated.

My strategy so far has been to magic marrow every 2 sparks, cuz his physical attack really doesn't hurt that much. Also when he double debuffs me or sharpen tooths me I immediately cloud erupt and try to spark asap to purify. I have a cleric in another room that I use to rebuff when he purges me, but she keeps getting randomly one shot so that has NOT been reliable.

Any of you bms have any tips and tricks I can use to easier solo GBA? OR, whats another way to make good money other than nirvana or selling FC?

oh and don't tell me to roll a sin.. I'm not going to -_-

Get those http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/27069 from the celestial tiger rewards. Maybe get those damage reduction charms from apoth and spam it.

I can "solo" GBA pretty easily by pulling him onto the platform outside. My cleric BBs from underneath platform, and i also have my sin and barb above attacking and rdy to rebuff if needed. He goes down pretty quick often, other times hes a pain in tha butt.

When i used to solo GBA i never use BB on cleric.
I have a demon cleric with 6k hp w/ p def charms (Essential on cleric)
It survives all the attacks and more, make sure to have Demon SoR as it helps you.

As far as the bm goes, i just spark macro while healing on the other client.

On the odd occasion that my cleric died, I spam mdef charms because the EP attack from GBA will wreck you. Have cloud eruption ready for HP Debuff + Pdef debuff. and trip spark.
I dont see how you cant do it with your gear ^^.
Perhaps you sould really make a cleric alt if you dont have oen already as it really does help.

It's pretty much dependent on how often he purges you.
Sometimes he purges maybe like once and other times he does multiple purges in a row. Kinda the same deal as Emperor in 3-2 with his bubble and aps debuff.
I'd save your genie for AD to resist purge (his purge line is "Soon, you will become on of us" or something along that line) in case your triple spark isn't ready. For Pdef debuff just cast Demon Bell.

Also, I would advise against magic marrow. He hits harder the longer you take to kill him. I'd make a bunch of magic defense charms and use physical marrow with those instead.

Maelael - Heavens Tear

1. You have too much dex. More str will allow a faster kill along with defenses.

2. Your gear. You have a LUAD, but are wearing a sky demons pearl, and LA chest. Sell the LUAD, get a pan gu, and fix your gear. You're about 2k minimum behind the curve HP wise. You also have immacs in the gear, which puts you down now about 25% (5% aps reduction, 20% DoTs/Nirvvy Hat) less damage than a lot of the people I know who solo TT3+.

I'd say you're 2khp behind, and probably 25-30% (More?) behind on damage output with that build & gear. Fairly sure you'd have more Phys and Mag def as well with a different build.

3. Bring your sin buffer to the room. I've soloed this boss with just bell and bp many times.

4. Method: No marrow. Mdef and Pdef charms could help, but not needed. AD is a neat idea, but tbh I've never used it, just CE/CS. Just pound away at him efficiently and hope the sin buffer doesnt catch aggro or its charm **** time. Bring some spark pots if he hits you with something nasty and you need to purify yourself again.

5. Skills: Like Maocci said, sometimes he purges once, sometimes its constantly. Just wear a charm. Really the only annoying stuff is the purges and stuns. Everything else is 3sparkable off.

Honestly your extreme amount of dex and your gear setup is holding you back the most. If you have to have to stay with this build: Bring the sin buffer with you, Phys marrow and spamming Mdef charms would be okay - but Im not confident another 5k phys def will make a huge difference. 3 Spark to purify yourself - bring some spark pots.
