Inifnite redirect loop on support > my support history page

When I try to click on the "My support history" link from the dropdown menu on the support.perfectworld.com page, it gives me with the following error message, and am therefore unable to view any of my tickets.


This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at http://www.perfectworld.com/login/?src=rn&returnTo=0&error=7&lang=en has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.


Btw, i have cleared the cookies, done everything i possibly know, and still get this error message. I have tried opening this page from my laptop, my work computer, my school computer and heck a library computer. And they all give me the same error message so no its not an internet or a computer issue.
Anyone else has this problem?

Just so you guys know, ive tried searching for this error on google and tried every possible solution there is and i m still having this issue no matter what.

    since no one seems to be replying to this thread, can a mod move this to technical section already? i really wanna know y its giving me that error -.-

    I have been having this issue too. I had my STO account **** recently, and am in the process of trying to get the characters that were stripped restored, and I've got several emails from support asking me to edit my ticket to inform them that they should go ahead and try to restore my characters. Of course, I can't login in to check my ticket or edit it because of this stupid redirect issue.

    Argh.

    I have had this same issue im trying to submit a ticket about my character not being available for jones blessing gift....b:angry

    I've tried to fix this issue for thelastbarb1, chogokin, and zzromiozz.

    If it still doesn't work for you, please send an email directly to Customer Service at customerservice@perfectworld.com. Include your account name and an explanation of the reason so that they can help you out.
