Guild Base Questions

If someone could answer a question or two about our Faction Base for me, I would really appreciate it.

First, RECYCLE, what does this mean, and what happens if you do recycle on wings?

Second, we just reached lvl 2 in our base, and I am wondering how you upgrade a wing, other than it costing coins, will there be an option once a wing is available for upgrade and when will it be available?

    Recycle destroys the stone in that wing and returns a portion of the construction materials.

    Once you have enough construction points to increase the base level, you need to spend tech points to upgrade a wing in the faction cosmos, then the next level of the stone for that wing will be available on a dropdown in the construction menu.

    Now that you've helped me figure that one out, can I ask another question? What do we do with the mats that we have from base quests if each mat donation is full?

    We just npc them if the stock is full they have no use otherwise if you cant donate.

    You can go to the Vault and transfer one type mat to another, losing half of the transferred amount. I usually transfer 1000 or 2000 of what's high (say Lost City Sand) to something that's low (say Tellus Wood) to make room, adding 500 or 1000 to that bin, and if that makes that bin almost full, I transfer some of that to another bin. Or, like Angel_Spawn said, just tell your members to NPC the excess.
