A pk video with me vs a r9 barb.. The original video is 22 min long duel with no winner.. Soo... The only good part about is that i ticked him approximated 55 times during this duel, and he has 20-27k hp.. depending on form, so average of that 23.5k/2 is 11.75k hp each tick, and 55*11.75 is a whopping 646.25k charm **** b:chuckle he ticked me 15 times or so, but im 10k hp buffed so did not bother me to much

But i has only +8 g13 claws and +5 warfog, so i could not push him over the edge + he was bo0fed

Just thought i post the vid.. And if you have any tips on ways to kill a r9 barb pls share.. ik refine higher is one b:chuckle but damn you pwi, no 5 pack 10* in this sale b:angry

Sometimes you just gotta pull out your purge pole and stunlock till it procs.

I was doing this with an R9 14.5k hp BM (him charmed, me chugging pots) and ticking him like crazy. Purged him but he had squadmates rebuffing him (Secret passage pk). He kept trying to setup an HF+ EP + GOF charm pass, despite me not having a charm, and that's what I suggest you try to do. Stall and build the chi, tick him, and switch to axes trying to get a big intial hit and then race the charm tick going all out offensively. A couple times you chose defense over offense which can be both good and bad because obviously you survived but you may have been able to win the fight.

If I remember right Boom dropped his purge pole so he couldn't purge

I don't think I've ever fought Cerbere for 20 minutes straight, they're usually over in way less time, was fun to watch though b:cute

Pay some overpriced amount and refine to +10 Boomb:dirty

u nvr once switched ur blessing from def to attack blessing when u went offensive b:chuckle

i think with ur gears, if u wanna kill a rank 9 barb like him, def need to purge him then get full chi, 3 spark + chi pot + occult + HF + attack and stun in between. thts just me tho. if u r rank 9 tho, its a different story xD

I managed to kill Cerb when he was full buffed without those fancy tricks

or kite it off... Personally, I'm a big fan of working the stun lock when people triple spark. Nothing pisses them off more than 3 sparks down the drain just so they can sit there and eat claw for 15 seconds.

I think the 3 seconds triple spark immunity time is too much a warning for people. HF is almost the same increase in dmg but only 9 seconds long (about the same as a charm tick, nudge nudge) and usually deals significant damage itself. So get them to half, HF (they charm tick), stun, now combine it with mire and you have about 7 seconds left on HF and 8 on charmto get through their hp.

I used to love HF on a cancel cast combo, once they start attacking you auto attack for a few seconds to lower their HP a bit, Roar>CC DBB>GS>into HF then hit occult and wreck them, or Drake Bash if you prefer/don't have occult.

I miss CCing T.T

Though honestly, HF only matches up if he Cyclone Heels, otherwise he's still just 4APS which isn't gonna be as much as 5APS. If he doesn't use Cyclone then he won't have the damage output, 5APS barely manages to kill that barb as it is I don't wanna imagine doing it with 4 b:surrender

That might be the worst barb I've ever seen. Seriously.

There just isn't any reliable way to kill another R9 HA that's full buffed in a 1v1 other than purging them and locking them while triple sparked or target demon HFed. Seriously, half the R9 +12 Jaded BM/Barbs/Seekers here have over 1 million survivability index while full buffed. This especially applies to fighting a R9 barb who can solid shield / invoke tank you even while self buffed.

1v1s are meant to be self buffed for a reason lol; I wouldn't burn a full plat HP charm trying to beat my head against a wall against another full buffed R9 HA. Your best bet is to just do what you were doing in self-buffed 1v1.
