My character is invisible, (in the customize page)

hi, I'm new, and when I logged in my character din't show up, is like it was invisible, the other things are totally fine, can someone help me please?

Re-download DirectX off of microsoft, not the link PWI gives. Also, read this thread. I hope it helps
