Decompose attendance quest rings

400 is a lot and the rings are pretty useless by now. Why not let us decompose them for half the amount of sheets that were used to make them?

level 50 ring = 15 sheets
level 70 ring = 30 sheets
level 90 ring = 45 sheets

It would still take a lot to collect the rest, so it's not that much of an advantage.
