He's supposed to be recording some Lothranis pk, and hopefully there will be more 1v1s to come in the future. If any pk gets recorded and uploaded to youtube I'll be sure to link it on the forums somewhere.

Well.. I'm a BM, as you can tell by my avatar. The title tells you that it's a BM vs a Psychic, so the answer to your question should be fairly obvious if you think about it.

But the psy is missing couple sage skills. Also his HP is pretty low on R9. Probably not refined highly. And no refine=low chance to seal. And you are full of JOSD? Because he is doing pretty low damage on you, if he is really R9. I'm with R8+10 doing on BM ~4.5K per hit. Sometimes much more depends on BM gear of course.
But it was good watch.b:victory

He's got +12 R9 wep, +10 orns, with (I think +7) R9 top, boots, and wrists all DoT sharded, his other gear is R8 with DoTs. He sealed me a lot, if you watch close you'll see one or two times I get sealed twice in a row. He was doing low damage on some hits because I had Charms of Defense which reduce magic damage by 50%. I have immac citrines, not sharding Jades until later on when I can afford my R9/R8 recast gears.

I messed up in those fights, especially when I sealed him on SoR.. that hurt haha

Fighting him was actually more fun than most of the pk on this server

I liked the fights, you did pretty good considering your gear difference. That Psy had enough damage to kill you in white vodoo... If you have a strength genie (which you have, considering you use OI) get Will Surge, also helps against mages. You also died to his cheap Vacuity + Black Vodoo faceroll multiple times in the beginning until you began to try to kite it off >_> You can also try to answer with a Dew yourself if you don't wanna be an easy target while running away. And don't run from him without anti stun... I liked how you abused him switching to black vodoo at the wrong time in one of teh first fights mercilessly, was a pretty good timing (The one you Immune + Mire), shows that you know what you are doing.

Actually I would like to fight you.. Would also gear down a bit for you. :P But meh... I should visit you on Lothranis.

I've got my genie planned out for when I level it to 103, I've got 108m spirit but I've been hesitant. I'm gonna replace Mire with Will Surge, still considering dropping TE for another skill, but like I said I'm hesitant. I like to plan things out before going through with them.

I didn't have a whole lot of apo, just a few Vacuity and Ironguard Powders, I was watching the video and I saw a lot of areas where I could have kited or done better (such as sealing myself on Retal)

To be honest I think I psyched myself out a bit, I got sloppy in some fights, especially when he nearly died, that made me go pure offensive and got me killed. I think that fight re-taught me a few things, I'm ready for our rematch later this week, it's gonna be fun b:sin

But yeah.. honestly.. a lot of those fights I messed up pretty bad, I hate to be "that" guy but watching myself... I just wasn't fighting as well as I could have been. Next weeks fights should be much more entertaining if he's not busy.

couldn't find any noobier psy? he's got pick up loot hotkeyed on 2 xD I cba go through his entire crappy ui he's got there, stopped watching the fight shortly after he used psy.will and threw earth vector right after - nice way to waste your cooldowns considering the fact that you've got 8 or 10 seconds to work with when you cast psy.will. (among other things he also used sor instead of sos when the bm had anti-stun skill on cd)

it actually takes skills for a r9 psy to lose to a bm, so props to him for finding a way to fail badly - there are only a handful of ways to accomplish that and he apparently found one. if we neglect his random combos and zero adaptation to situations, it is probably a fun fight to watch (just like watching Rocky was fun even though it had nothing to do with actual boxing matches)

Every1 doing some mistakes under the stress. Maybe he just make mistake. Playing psy due their HUGE versatility require lot of fast thinking and sometimes every1 can make a mistake. We all learning.

You're just like my dad. Seeing only the bad and ignoring the good and bashing ppl on what they did wrong instead of telling em how to improve
On a side note, maybe it was the first time that the psychic had ever pked against anyone? For a first timer, i would say he did good. wouldn't u agree? b:shutup
