Zen problem as well

I guess I got ****ed in the *** as well...Decided to be safe and purchase the prepaid cards instead of Pay pal or google checkout anymore..and it went well entering the codes, only purchased two cards for 10 each, ended up transferring 2000 zen to my Raging Tide server...but it took two minutes for the page to finish loading..when It finished..It shows my transaction of the prepaid cards AND the two thousand zen being transferred onto the server..When I log in to check my gold..Its at 0. I relogged..Restarted my game..Still 0...Did I just lose twenty dollars...Or..is this gold going to be refunded back to me?

    bought zen 20$ worth and didnt transfer to my acc for harshland...
    if i dont get my money back im done with perfect world in general.
    im happy with the game 25% love the pvp 100%.
    _PREDITOR_ was acc i wanted gold for..
