So I'm doing WQ and a R9 Barb decides it would be fun to kill me, only... He can't!
I stopped to trade books with the old soldier and gave him a good five seconds to try. XD
I'm currently in TT70 BTW, but is this normal for R9 axes? Does the damage really blow that hard?

    I'm gonna guess the dude didn't have the wep refined much...


    But yeah, barb r9 kinda sucks balls considering I've had a full r9 barb never hit me for over 7k :/

    Tank barbs are just that.

    They are not DD's

    I play the role of DD when i duo with a BM friend of mine and we want to speed it up slightly

    but don't think you hone great skill or the barb in question just does not know how to play

    understand what a tank barb is and the R9 barb should understand the same.
    19k Hp and rising my goal is 20k unbuffed (would love 25k )

    Very true, R9 is more like a huge upgrade to HP and defense. Also must not have very much refines or did he just miss a lot? I have +5 nirv axes and I'm pretty sure I could kill somebody in TT70 fairly fast b:cute

    r9 barbs dont suck balls... they are strong sitting at 40k hp and can literally toss those feared sins... uh and that 7k hit on u is very fatal considering ur hp... but how much did u do to him? =P

    Not really fatal considering I always have a charm in PvP.


    As for my damage on him, considering he was full JoSD, I was doing about 400-500 per hit with just my self buffs. I found it odd that I was doing that much, but didn't really care much as I usually used that barb as a chi post anyhow >_>

    bull**** you were hitting that much. maybe sparked but full josd r9 barb unsparked iwth your gear? i dont think so.

    I hit full r9 seekers JoSD sharded on my server for 200-300 when they are fully buffed. Got an issue with that?

    JosDs suck without being fully buffed...so hitting 400-500 is no surprise. I've seen sins rip through a R9 JoSD seeker/barb in a few seconds, but when the seeker or barb had full buffs, was a different story. My advise don't pk with JosDs if you don't have full buffs...:D
