EcIipse - Raging Tide

I have just started playing again after quitting two years ago and I have been trying to find my away around again and saw that there are actual tasks you can do to earn Zen instead of having to sign up for stuff or buy stuff. However whenever I click on them to try and complete a job, like organizing twitter users I get this

I searched this in the forum but came up empty. Can anyone tell me why I get this message? Other than saying I am not in an offer wall since I don't understand what that is. I am accessing it from this page http://offers.perfectworld.com/

Also on the Survey options I always get this.

What region do you have to be? I figured since most of the servers are based in the US I would be in the same region. Especially for the "Voices of America" survey. Even if they were talking about the two continents then living in the US would put me in that region but I keep getting N/A error.

I have gone unanswered for a few days in the cash shop huddle lets try here....
