I Have Had Enough Already!

I CAN'T GET IN THE GAME AND NOBODY IS HELPING AND MY TICKET STILL HASN'T BEEN ANSWERED!

Okay, okay I'm calm. Here's the deal: I have been trying to start playing for a week now and whenever I open the game (no problem in launcher or updater) and put in my username and password, it says "unable to connect to server". I have opened all ports, disabled all firewalls, used all compatibility modes etc.

Now will somebody PLEASE help me? If someone helps me successfully, I will do their bidding in-game for a month.

P.S. I'm trying to connect from Turkey so don't give me that "blocked country" stuff
