the previous two posts of mine have been closed. not one answear was even given. links to the run of the mil pwe we messed up thingwas what i got. i want legitimate answears from a actual game rep not fuzzy, wishing no offence to the man woman panda or whatever (honestly dont really know). in fact he is doing his UNPAID and over worked job where as i cant even get a GM to come take a look at my concerns, cus i didnt ask politely, i didnt beg for it, and i certinly didnt use the already broken ticket system that has remained a thorn in my side due to whatever reason recintly the page refuses to load. could be broke my end but who cares really bout all that. the point is i asked you as a company for something very reasonable as a customer. i should definitly have right to some sort of response maybe not imediate even though it should be but something from the actualy people that run things. not the mods again sorry moderator fellas but this aint your feild of specialty i dont ask you guys to fix my car when its in need of repair for the same reason. people on this forum like to flame posts theyve been doing it for years i hardly consider my two previous posts to be to far from the norm around here. there closed but i invite you to read them both anyhow and implore a gm to actually respond to me. if you want someone to be polite you should try it. i hear its rather impolite to ignore someone also rather impolite to say i cant speak here freely as i wish because you dont like what im saying or you feel ive been answeard. i want my own genuine interaction with the company right here on forums. ive paid my cash into this game probably far more then i should have but still that very act of buying digital media of any sort should entitle me to be able to get answears to whatever question i may have regardless of the context i ask the question in or how i choose to use what little grammer i have.

This thread is going to be closed, just as were your other two threads. Since it is GM feedback you want, and not that of the players/moderators, why don't you send the GMs a private message? Send the same message to all of them, if you wish. You will almost certainly have better luck getting a direct response from one of them if you go that route.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

The game isn't even created or programmed by the GMs who operate our servers, and very little of what they do has to do with actual game play. In essence, they have no control over almost all of the points you listed in your first two posts.
If you want to submit feedback to the creators and developers of the game, you'll have to learn Chinese. Otherwise, you will have to go through our Forum Moderators and GMs and rely on them to pass on a message to China. A message which may get ignored entirely and if it is recieved and noted, at the least will take several months for them to develop a patch, translate it, retranslate it, and send it to our GMs.
If you would like to send a PM to a GM directly, frankieraye and the other gms do read their mailboxes and respond to those mails. Posting repeatedly on the forum, insulting the GMs and moderators, and trying to get them to make immediate changes to large coding issues which is something they are not capable of (legally or logistically) is NOT the way to provide feedback as a customer.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
If you go to see a movie and afterwards you decide you did not like it, do you ask for a refund just because you feel they wasted your time and money?
That is just how your complaint sounds like to me and most possibly that is how it sounds like to most people with common sense.
Nothing you pay for in this game is owned by you.
The time you spent on the game is also your choice, no one else forced you to play this horrible game or spend your money on it.
Though, i have to thank you for the entertainment you gave me while having a late lunch, i sometimes forget how dense people can be.0 -

As such, you are entitled to nothing. If you choose to DONATE, that does not make you a paying customer. You are donating to a charitable cause, or because you are so impressed with the service they provide FREELY. If you are no longer impressed, stop donating. Do not, however, think that you are entitled to ANYTHING for donating in the past. Oh and, QQ more please.0

Personally responding to your questions, which have been addressed OVER AND OVER on these forums, is not in my mind, a customer service issue.
This is you wanting personal undivided attention to be given to you out of the million other people who play the game.
They have a handful of GM's to address the concerns of a decent sized player base. Those individuals are employed by the company yes, but there are not enough of them to take time out from the many many tasks they have to do, to respond to each person who makes a post in this game.
The forum moderators are just as much an extension of the company as the GM's are. These are people who were chosen to represent the company to it's player base. Fuzzy has responded to you already, respect that.
This is a classic example of "The customer is not always right".0 -

You are recreating a thread that they have locked, wither you think it's right or not, it more than likely will get locked again. Yes a lot of people have put money into this game, and yes a lot of people are unhappy. You have the choice to quit paying them and not play their product, they don't hold a gun to your head and make you play and pay them. They technically don't have to respond to anything you say or ask. The company is going to look into the best interest for themselves, not you. 1) Use some punctuation, and perhaps a capital letter now and then. If you typed this all out with your cellphone, then you're a more dedicated maniac than I previously thought.
2) No one with the ability to affect any change in this area *ever* reads these threads or this forum., Ergo, you're wasting your lower-case letters. Not to mention annoying the hell out of everyone else here, for no good reason (see above).
3) Uninstall. Seriously. If you're gonna get this wound up and frothy over the game *as it's always been* then your personality and this game don't match, and you should leave while you can. All you're gonna do is get more and more people who *agree with you* to smack you down. If you spent more than 5 minutes, you could look in the older threads and see that *every last player in this game* has said the same thing repeatedly over the last 3+ years, and yet nothing substantial has changed. What makes you think that your rant is the one that sends the company over the edge?

I would just like to make a few points before this is closed.
1. When you decide to play this or any other game and pay for any ingame services, (such as monthly subscriptions, item mall content, or buy to play) you do so at your own risk.
2. Just because you pay for ingame services, that does not entitle you (or anyone else for that matter) special treatment.
3.Any ingame content like "nerfs" are NOT controlled by GMs or Mods. they are controlled by the Devs, so take it up with them.(Good Luck)
