question about waraul of naught

you know how the eye of the junlge belt allows you to view people's build without using the matt? Does the Warsaul of Naught belt have a passive affect also? the description says "the true flow of the warsoul's chi never ceases, never dims" any chance this belt recovers chi passively? lol just wondering, i've never actually seen anyone with the belt.

    I've only seen 1 person on Sanctuary with it. Have no clue if it has any "special adds" but I doubt it does.

    It does not have anything else in particular. That's just some special text that it has, akin to that of Lunar Nirvana gear.
