Quest Tracker is Stuck

I was maneuvering the camera around my lots of rightclick/drags, as I usually do when doing things in Perfect World, when suddenly, I accidentally dragged the quest tracker off the screen boundary somehow. Now I can't drag it back, as the only dragable part of the tracker is the top of it.

I've tried different screenresolutions to dislodge it and even repeating what I did wrong. Nothing's working. Please tell me I don't have to reinstall PWI just for this minor glitch.

    Funny story here. I DCed a few seconds ago. When I came back, my quest tracker was dislodged. PRAISE THE GODDESS OF ONLINE GAMING! b:victory
