CasterNirvana so buggy now??

cant be true,
ya sure bad enough we Caster have timed items to do nirvana
but then for stupid reason quest fails,
4 times i had this now and we always waited all there, then wait a bit longer
and make sure noone has full inventory or quest list ,
even all linked talisman and it still fail and all lose tali???
4 times now im rly mad, fix this pls!
