Treasure map disappeared

I submitted a ticket for it. But has this happened to anyone else?

I picked up the treasure map, but never got it in my inv, it is not in my quest log. The adventure quest comes at the bottom of my quest list, so just did that part. Very odd that this happened.

Anyone know a way to avoid this problem?

    Like he said is the map-scroll item between the reinforced leather and teleacustics........., try to organice your inventory free losts to avoid this next time. b:shutup

    I can not see b:shutup. Thank you. Topic can be closed. I blame the manapot that finished b:surrender. I was questing, did bh, inv got filled up sadly.
