Question re summon's health bar

First time playing a mystic, just got my Devil Chihyu. His health bar doesn't seem to stay on the UI like a veno's pet's would, and I'd like to be able to see his HP to know when to heal. Am I doing something wrong?

    With the new UI, a lot of other things can overlap your pet's UI. It could be squad logo, your exp, spirit table, and other stuff.

    Try to move things around to see if your pet info bar is hidden underneath all that. If not, relog and try again. If still unable to do so, post a screenshot here.

    Press Print Screen on your keyboard - go to program files - Perfect World - element - screenshots - find the screenshot, host it on photobucket and share with us the link..

    If no one can provide input, contact PW Support.

    Is your DirectX up to date? I logged in without it up to date (or wrong runtime version I think it was, I think more up to date than it should've been) and although there were several.... more obvious... glitches, I believe my pets' health bars also didnt show...
