    "things you can buy" implies that we already have it.

    It does, but I haven't seen the quest yet. Its probably available at a higher level of prestige, but we'll see.

    which means u can enter phenix valley any time of the day.

    if you are able to finish the instance with 1-2 pulls, and hyper 20 times a day(10activations from old set, 10 activations from new set).

    if your gears are good enuf to solo this instance.

    Everything has its beginnings, but it doesn't start at one. It starts long before that... The world is born From zero. The moment zero becomes one is the moment the world springs to life. One becomes 2. 2 becomes 10. 10 becomes 100. taking it all back to one solves nothing. so long as zero remains... One.. Will eventually grow to 100 again.

    The level req to trigger those questis 150, so we wont ever see it unless the level cap is upped to 150 or the level req is lowered to more obtainable levels.
