Private server advertisement condoned?

So, is PWE condoning private server ads now? We've had people (one in particular) pretty much constantly advertising one in world chat for weeks now.

I know a couple people who have sent in screen shots via the ticketing system and their tickets were closed without even the honor of a response. As the ticketing system doesn't work for me (in any browser on any of my computers), I've tried emailing and I haven't gotten the honor of a response either.

I'd post screenshots here of how world chat gets spammed at times, but that'd violate forum rules... b:surrender

Basically, since PWE isn't taking any interest in people advertising private servers, are they trying to tell us something? b:shutup
