Any Guilds for newbies?

So I tried PWI years ago when it was first released but never got into it despite my enjoyment of the gameplay because I was mainly soloing. I'm hoping I'll enjoy it a bit more this time around if I join an active Guild but at least from the Guild list, I'm a long ways from qualifying for any of the ones listed there.

Can anyone recommend one that's willing to accept a low level? I'm currently updating the Descent expansion right now but I'm planning to roll an Assassin. Prior to this I've been playing a Rogue on WoW for years and I'm typically a main raider in the top 3 PvE guilds of each server I've played on.
