Wait Just A Second.

I finally finished reinstalling PWI after waiting for like, 12 hours and ended up not being able to open up data pack 2.
So I went around looking at threads and saw one saying that uninstalling PMB should make it work.
After uninstalling it, I basically tried to open it up again using the installer (because that's how I first did it, it skipped the entire PMB and downloading part, straight to opening the game) and this time, it had to slowly load PMB.
Taken aback, I went to reinstall PMB again to get past the two stages to uninstall again when it's been launched.

1st time launching after I reinstalled PMB:
It asked me if I wanted to overwrite the download files I previously already downloaded.
I clicked no and cancelled the whole thing to retry.

2nd try:
It basically started downloading the entire thing again.
I can't find the files that it mentioned during the 1st try, the file's entirely empty.

Where the hell did it go?
I hope I don't have to go through hell reinstalling this **** again but it seems that way.
