So I haven't seen a thread specifically dedicated to this, and the PWDatabase aint exactly helpful on this. Or at least i've been unable to get it to be. So post a link to your maps and give the exact coordinates you had to dig the chest. If you get the same map as someone else, please verify that the coordinates were the same for you as they are for someone else. As people posts, I'll edit this until we hopefully have them all. If doesn't have text on it, also give the place name according to minimap. That way it's easy for people to figure out.

PWDB makes it look like there is a fixed selection of areas but I think there is still a bit of randomness involved. Ive gotten the same areas a few times but the X is always in a little different spot. Also the chest doesnt always exactly line up with the X and I have to click around for a bit.

I've noticed having to click around a bit, which is why I thought I make the thread. But I guess if the maps X spot is random even in the same area, the database may be wrong about the number of possible maps. b:surrender That kinda sucks but I guess it also keeps some of the mystery in the quest. :P

just so u all know i was able to get up to treasure map number 4 and with it it was in the water sw of nameless isle there was no chest that popped up just a mob looking like Dragon of the Depths that was a pain in the *** to kill solo for a cleric and didnt give any reward so there must be some quest like that cause from treasue map one that i started it dropped two treasure map 2's so maybe its got different things or its pissed that a cleric soloed those bosses that your suppose to need a squad for idkb:victory
