Updated DirectX - Another error

Running Windows 7, have DirectX 11. Okay, get the error, check forums, and I need the 9.0c version/patch for it. I install that. And then I get an error I can't even read.

EDIT: Restarting the computer fixed it.
If you bite some one, they get mad and smack you.
But if you lick them, you still get the flavor.
And they think you're weird.

    Check DxDiag and see if all the Acceleration is enabled. You may need to install a newer driver for your video card.
