Problem opening Game

Ok, I've searched the forums for the issue but i don't see it posted much and It's all scrambled anyways so I'll ask what do I do now?

I just uninstalled PWI.
My problem was it would say that launching the game failed in the client.
Step by Step instructions would be appreciated.

    Details on your system, what you've done to this point, and precisely what the error is and when it shows up will help a lot. Screenshots of the error help a lot too.

    With the information you've given so far, it sounds like the error you get when the client can't load textures because your video drivers are not Direct3D Acceleration compliant.
    The usual fix for that is to simply download the driver directly from the manufacturer of your video card, install it properly, and then you're good to go.

    If that isn't correct, post more info.

    Ok I'm running Windows XP Professional Version 5.1, Model-OptiPlex GX280, Direct X 9.0c
    but yes my video drivers are Direct3D Acceleration.

    At first, I went to update PWI since I haven't played it in a while and i wanted to see the new patch so it updated like normal, pressed start (waited a few seconds) and it said something similar to "failed to launch game"
