How do you buy stuff from Tier 2+ I have enough influence but yet it's still red?

    You need enough Prestige.

    If you put mouse over the Tier tabs it pops up with how much you need to be able to get stuff in that tier.

    I found that out by accident as there is otherwise no way to tell that I've found. On the order menu it shows my -faction- contribution points and influence, not prestige.

    If you wanna see your prestige hit C and click the new Order button. It shows all 3 order statuses and the little boxes show the items you can get currently....in theory.

    It shows some things I won't be able to get for a month or more as being available currently.
