Can't get DQ rewards

i'm not able to get into my DQ rewards for some reason (this has been going on for a bit now) do u know what is going on

    supposedly, the GM are having a problem sending stuffs to the players with this patch... which means your dq reward arrival is indefinite... definitely stupid move of PWI b:embarrass

    yea most likely, but would like it to come back up so i can get some pw stones for my damn genie not paying coins for them
