farming lv 100 pve gear?

my question is basically how do you do the new cave to farm the lv 100 set of the pve gear? i know where the cave is and im able to inter the cave. just want to know more about it. didn't learn much walking in there solo xD. . . . to leave to find a squad to learn i couldn't go back in until the next day b:surrender

i would like to know how this cave works and what you need to do obtain the things to turn the lv 95 pve gear to lv 100 pve gear. if anyone can make a guide about it would be most helpful. i want to be able to do this with out stubbing around in the dark so to speak. b:chuckle
