It not letting me download it manually so how can i download the update

i had the game already & it updated perfectly fine , but all of a sudden it uninstalled itself & i'm wondering why . i downloaded that directx 9.0 thing still nothing , i manually download it but it wont work without winzip or something like that now i downloaded the regular way & it said error now how the **** do i install the game ? i did everything it said to do & i'm getting pissed off i was waiting til the 15th its been 2 days now that i didn't play . & no one is helping me soo can someone HELP WITH THIS **** PLEASE

1. the game does not simply "uninstall itself".

2. The manual download is a .cup file which is handled by patcher.exe. Whether you actually install the game or not, the first time you run patcher.exe it sets this association in Windows. This file is not in a compression format that is recognized by WinZip or any other standard archive utility.

3. The fact that it's been two days and you haven't gotten help is no fault of ours. Support is overloaded with tickets and it's a standard 3-7 day response there. You've only just posted about this today. All 7 of your posts on it are identical and contain no information that would allow someone like myself to help you work through it and fix it.

So, why don't you post some information, be a little clearer about exactly what you've done, (in intricate detail), and someone like myself will be more than happy to offer some suggestions that may allow you to get through this and playing again.

Sadly, your past 7 posts have not contained enough information to actually discern which reality your computer is existing in, because none in this reality "uninstall themselves". I don't even know what OS you're running, what you mean when you say that you downloaded DX9 and it did nothing, or what kind of errors you may or may not be receiving.
