Moving Threads Out Of General To More Appropriate Sections

I'd love it if the mods had the ability to:

Move threads to the correct sections from General, like the 20 threads on Directx to the Tech Support section.

Either depth, or create a new section for the QQ threads. There is what, 10? of them on the Caster Nirvana Talisman glitch fix right now.

Thanks! It would make it easier to troll the General section whilst at work.
