Did questing just get a boost?

Not sure if this is just me actually noticing the xp i get form my Faction quests, or something that actually changed, but did questing get kinda worth it? I thought the Morai quest line was like the TB one where it just gave you a boatload of xp (10%-34% @ lvl 100 for me), but I went and did my Faction quests and i was getting around 1% when turning the quest in.

I'll check out other quests afterward got RL things to do atm.

Is it just me finally opening my eyes, or did something change?
