Harbinger of Justice... where are you?

Given the fact that I can't find anything on where this NPC is now located, I'm assuming I was the only one doing the lvl 100+ Justice Orders on a daily basis.

I know the CS NPC's got moved into the new area, but I can't find the Harbinger to activate the Justice Orders anywhere.

They're still available for sale, so I'm sure he's somewhere. He was looking a bit crispy at his old spot, hope he left a will so someone can pick up where he left off.

    I haven't seen him at all either! I hope that someone finds him and posts, b/c this totally sucks!

    Yea. same here I want to find this guy and be able to keep doing that quest, nice exp, wonder if now do we have to kill mobs inside the new area instead off the **** ones around Elysium city or PQ, that drops nothing lol and was annoying to kill.

    I didn't even get a chance to explore the city before it got burned to a lovely crisp. They should've left a clue there that implied that he escaped somewhere. That would've been interesting!

    Did anyone find him yet?

    I also think i saw the npc somewhere in Morai, been looking for it for a while but can`t remeber where i saw the quest.

    Pls post here if anyone seen the quest/npcb:victory

    I made a post about this about 2 or 3 days after expansion and got no answers that were viable. However; I did see a justice order envoy in 1k streams I didn't remember before. So I bought a JO and tried to take the quest. It had "punish and praise" there but when I tried to take it, it would not give me a secondary quest with mobs to kill! I was doing the JO daily, and I miss it so much b/c it gave a good amount of xp.

    I hope they bring it back... :(b:cry

    I sent a ticket about this, Support reply:

    We have forwarded this to the appropriate people and they have informed us that these are intended changes to the game.

    The fanmail quests were a temporary addition to the game and were slated to be removed in this expansion.

    All pre-existing NPCs in Elysium City have been removed, along with the quests they provide, as part of the over-all story arc of the game.

    We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Harbinger of Justice is gone, so Order of Justice XII can't be completed any longer. We can still do Order of Justice XI though, but..... meh. Guess it's back to Goothe grinding or VoS

    That's really lame. JQ was the one good thing about the Elysium Village patch.

    They tell us they have a new path to 105 but what do they do? Remove the one thing that actually helped to level.

    I agree. Not that it did just loads of xp. But it was definitely helping it go faster! Sucks they gave it to us only to remove it such a short time later : (

    Well boo... so much for the notifications when there are posts to a thread I'm subscribed to.

    Kinda regret buying 10 of them in arch before heading down to Elysium to only discover that the NPC to do anything with them is gone.

    Guess I'll put them into the same pille as the lvl 110 req potions I've been getting as drops.
