DQ Point redeem/Charge rewards?

Are thety updating the DQ point thing and charge reward, because I get a message saying they are down when i click it, and same for token shop Pwi doesn't show up ._.

Sending rewards are currently down as well as sending achievements items. The devs are working on this, there's a sticky out there somewhere let me find it.
