Hey Litor,

Crashing at that screen seems to be a problem with DX9. What you'll want to do is restart your computer, update your DX9 without running PWI, restart again and try logging in.

If that doesn't work, there's a chance that your patch is corrupted in some way. Tech Support should be able to give you further instructions. If TS is unable to help you troubleshoot the problem, then try to be patient. We're rolling out a new game client installer soon that should avoid the problem.

    so basically i got directx 9.0c installed and updated but now when i open the laucher i click the big start button and it try to load but then it say game enters fails so is that gonna be a soulution soon what u said Litor

    don't feel bad i got directX11 and it's still giving me the DirectX9 error. and i'm unsure whether it's the same runtime error that dx9 has. and if i go to the given page for dx9 if it'll uninstall my dx11 for dx9. and on top of that i'm on a computer without admin privilages so i'm severly limited to what i can actually dl. and a runtime issue is more of a key issue to the computer itself so chances are i won't be able to adjust it, and well i'd just plain be ***'d stuck up a river without a paddle.
