Level 80 skills???

I just got on after 4 hours of patching, and i cant seem to figure out how to get the level 80 skills. The main one i'm trying ot get atm is Angels of Justice, Lv80 skill for Seekers.

    You can only get into the new map to gain skills at 95 or higher. So your best bet is to ask a friend or faction mate who can enter if they get you one if you pay the small fee :p

    At least that's what I would do. lol WC prices seems a but of ripoff if they sell for 1.5m while the skill takes 105k coins to get from npc. b:chuckle

    well that would work, if the skill is actually TRADEABLE. someone was telling me that that skill isnt >.>;

    The level 80 skills are tradable. I know for a fact since I got kinda all of mine on another alt than the class it was for xD

    Well i was wrong than D: told him in game they where not, than again i was going buy the guide that was posted in the forum saying that only a few of the cleric skills where tradeable.

    Every class but clerics got one tradable level 80 skill. (Clerics got 3 of them)

    Angels of Justice is 100% tradable, I gave one away earlier to a lower seeker friend. b:quiet

    XDDD Thank you, and It's np Swipe =p Now i jsut gotta find someone in my fac that can get it QQ wiht my luck, they either cant, or are stubborn enough not to XD

    Id offer to get it for you but i have no prestige left after getting it this morning. So far the only was I see to get prestige points is to do the two daily quests a day that give at most from what I see 20 points. :| gonna take a long time to get the higher end skills and armor. Though the armor is worse than TT99...

    xD it's all right. i'll ask in fac tomorrow ( everyone 95+ is afk QQ) and yeah, i heard that the armor sucks =/

    Somehow i think pw screwed up again with the skills. lvl 80 skills and ya need to be lvl 95 to get into morai? come on pw be more reasonable than that. if the new area suppose to be for high lvls, should of made the lvl 80 skills for those that are sage/demon from fb89.

    maybe its becouse pwi is realy ****, why the hell the skill are 80 when u need get 95 to get it? thats sucks, nd the second **** think, why gear 95 is more week than a lvl 90 or 80 gear? this is bullshiithttp://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/images/smilies/angry.gif

    Anyways ontopic: it's indeed weird that you have to be lvl 95 to obtain lvl 80 skills.
    @josejavier17: they're "weaker". In pvp that is. The wraith defense lvls probably make it so that you have more defense than with your regulair gear. It's useless in pvp though :]

    They do sell quite well though, I can tell you that b:chuckle

    People are willing to pay that much since most people are hoarding their much needed influence for the better skills. I decided to just dump my 60 influence on skill books to sell before I left for a different order, made a quick 10 mil out of that and that's just 2 days worth of influence.
