Update issue

have done ALL the suggestions, have submitted several tickets, game still wont load past confirm page, idk whos idea this was but for ppl who pay money into this game, its bull that an update stops ppl from playing, and when they ask for help they get the run around

    OP is having the same issue as me and a bunch of others. You click confirm on the info box at the beginning and it either shuts down or freezes at the part where the book opens.
