The Change to Trials

The Faction Base Guardian Trials may now be initiated by the Faction's Marshals, save for Trial 6.

Looking at this note from the patch does this mean that every trial now has to be started by a marshal or higher? Or does this mean that marshals can now start the new sets of trials which was already able to be done before?

If there has to be a marshal present for every trial to be run that is the stupidest limitation and biggest trial kill. It should be changed to executor then in that case.

If it is the marshals can start new sets of trials why the heck are the pointing out old news?

Has anyone tried to open trial 2 as an executor?
