Help fix it!

Since hours i'm up to enter the new client of PWI -.-'' i updated manual patch..i have direct x 11.0 !!! runtime doesn't work, verifying the client since about 2 hours (not even 10% finished yet) and i'm pretty angry..since over 3 years pwi i never had such issues than today -.- i read hundreds of topics and tried all suggestions to fix it! it doesn't work!!
