Hello there,

I decided to post here since I am unable to open a ticket on this issue. I recently (re)started playing on Sanctuary. (14th February 2012) I created three characters, a Mystic named Sumine, a Venomancer named Dasumi and a Venomancer named Taneko. Taneko is my main so it is only natural that I want to use her as an avatar on the forums and receive the award from the expansion on her since it's useless to redeem it on a character I will not be using frequently.

Sumine and Dasumi are both avaible on the avatar list and ticket system but Taneko is not. The only place I can find Taneko is on the CORE Connect page. However Taneko is not avaible in my avatar section nor can I select her from the dropdown menu at the expansion page to redeem my reward. This is a very annoying issue to be honest. Is there something I can do about it? I can't send in a ticket on this matter because I can't select her name on the ticket either...

I sincerely hope someone here can advise me further on this matter.
