Server Error Please Log Off and Try Again

Hi,
Whenever I meditate, I am kicked out of server. I have tried with 2 account on all characters. I have tried different cities. Its happening since the new update.

Anyone facing the same issue? Or Any Fixes?

    Server Error Issue

    I can chat with people but cannot select a player and use any skill. But after 3-4 mins all goes back to normal.

    I can do everything but when I meditate and use ASWD keys to get out off meditation same thing starts again.
